1. About nuu srl
   This website (the “Site”) and the products offered (“Products”) are operated by nuu srl, a Belgian private limited company, whose registered office is located at Rue Dieudonné Lefèvre, 1020 Brussels, registered under number BE1010857091.

2. Acceptance of the Terms
   By accessing this Site or purchasing any Product, you fully accept these General Terms and Conditions. If you are a minor, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian.

3. Our Products
   At nuu, we offer handcrafted fermented products (miso, shoyu, etc.), made by hand in Brussels using traditional Japanese slow fermentation methods. Each product is the result of expertise passed down and adapted to local ingredients.
   Product descriptions are as precise as possible, but natural variations may occur. Photos are non-contractual.

4. Orders and Contract
   By clicking the “Order” button and confirming your payment, you enter into a binding sales contract.
   You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been prepared.

5. Prices and Payment
   All prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Delivery fees are indicated before the order is confirmed.
   Payments are secure and may be made by credit card or other methods available on the Site.

6. Delivery
   We deliver to Belgium, France, and Luxembourg.
   Delivery fees and estimated timeframes are indicated during checkout.
   Orders are prepared carefully within 2 to 5 business days.

7. Withdrawal and Returns
   In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for perishable goods, which cannot be returned (in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

8. Guarantees
   You benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and protection against hidden defects.
   In case of a quality issue, please contact us and provide photos.

9. Customer Accounts (if applicable)
   You may create an account to facilitate future orders.
   Please keep your login details confidential.
   You may request the deletion of your account at any time by email.

10. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Site (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of nuu srl and may not be used without prior authorization.

11. Liability
    nuu srl cannot be held liable for improper use of the Products, or for external events (delivery delays, force majeure, etc.).

12. Changes to the Terms
    These terms may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of your order.

13. Disputes and Applicable Law
    In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Belgian law applies.
