1. Belgian Soy Miso +12 months — 130 g

Ingredients: Rice*, Belgian soybeans* (23%), salt, koji (Aspergillus oryzae)
From organic agriculture

Slowly aged in oak barrels, this golden miso offers a round, soft, and balanced flavor.
Perfect for enhancing everyday sauces, soups, and stews with elegance.

2. Mild Red Chickpea Miso — 130 g

Ingredients: Rice*, chickpeas* (20.5%), salt, koji (Aspergillus oryzae)
From organic agriculture

Soy-free but full of character: a gently sweet miso with soft, vegetal notes.
Ideal for vegetarian dishes, creative marinades, or homemade vinaigrettes.

3. Coral Lentil Miso (Shiro Miso) — 130 g

Ingredients: Rice*, coral lentils* (24%), salt (4%), shochu (Japanese distilled alcohol, 2%), koji (Aspergillus oryzae)
From organic agriculture

Our lightest and most delicate miso.
Its smooth texture and low saltiness make it a refined ingredient for sauces, white fish, or even desserts.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Best Before Date: 12–18 months.
After opening, keep refrigerated.
