Use
One spoonful (4g) per person to infuse
10 minutes in 180ml of water, the 100% natural broth is ready! Prepare miso soup by adding 1 tsp of miso, or other dishes (donburi, hijiki) with this broth.

Premium Kombu from Hidaka
Our kombu is harvested in southern Hokkaido, renowned for its quality. It is finely chopped and is a seaweed root, essential for its growth. It takes two years to grow. This part is the most concentrated in nutrients, which transforms into a sticky broth after infusion.

Thanks to its abundance of oak trees and its ideal climate (good ventilation, moderate coolness and humidity), Oita cultivates the best shiitakes in Japan.
