MAIN DISH: Yuzu Koshō Miso — 130 g
Ingredients:
Coral lentil shiro miso* (93%) (rice*, coral lentil*, salt, alcohol (0.9%), koji (Aspergillus oryzae)),
yuzu juice* (2%), lemon juice*, lemon zest*, garlic*, Penja white pepper PGI (0.1%).
